We specialise in providing a complete business and practice management solution. After an initial free of charge one day review of your current operation we will provide you with a proposal based on our typical three phase approach:
- Provision of a dedicated executive to carry out the immediate practice management role, deliver short term business improvements as required and prepare a comprehensive future strategy document.
- Review of on-going management requirements, typically leading to the provision of strategic advice at a non-exec level supported by a dedicated manager / administrator to deliver daily routines.
